We accept referrals for Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, and other allied health services across Greater Sydney. You can refer participants through NDIS, Medicare CDM/EPC, WorkCover/CTP, DVA, or private funding.
Our gym-based, mobile and telehealth services support clients with injuries, chronic conditions, disability, and rehabilitation needs. Once submitted, our team will review the referral and respond within 1–2 business days.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our admin team will review the submission and contact the client or their representative to arrange a suitable time and location for services.
Do I need to upload a referral letter?
You can upload supporting documents if available, such as NDIS plans, EPCs, or reports.
Who can submit a referral?
GPs, Support Coordinators, Allied Health professionals, case managers, family members or clients themselves can all refer.
