I’m proud to share that Move 2 Thrive Clinic has been named a finalist in the Allied Health category of the 2026 Australian Professionals Small Business Champion Awards. Being recognised as a 2026 Allied Health finalist is a proud moment for our small team.

For me, this recognition is a chance to celebrate the work our team does with people in St Marys and across Western Sydney. I’m grateful to our clients, families, referrers and community partners for being part of that work and for the trust they place in our clinic.

Supporting people to move with confidence

At Move 2 Thrive Clinic, our Exercise Physiologists support people to build strength, confidence, function and independence through meaningful, individualised exercise care. We work with people returning to movement after injury, managing ongoing health conditions, improving mobility and taking part more confidently in everyday activities.

Our team provides in-gym Exercise Physiology in St Marys and mobile Exercise Physiology across Western Sydney and Greater Sydney. The right starting point depends on each person’s goals, preferences and circumstances.
